Coordinates full lifecycle responsibility for the employment process for assigned departments to ensure the timely hiring of staff for Capital Health.
Maintains well-ordered documentation on candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure CH is in legal compliance with employment practices, policies and processes.

Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
Utilizes administrative skills and HR tools/systems to manage recruitment assignments.
Three years recruitment experience in a high volume service industry.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
Experience in a setting that requires a sense of immediacy, ability to manage competing demands, receive constructive feedback and maintain adaptability and flexibility.
Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain workload.
Provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer service to candidates and hiring managers
