Overview of Position The position of Recruiter manages the tactical execution of the entire talent lifecycle from req approval to onboarding. While under the direction of the Director of Organizational Development and Legal Compliance (who will provide the strategic focus for the role) this person will managing the req approval process, source, recruit, screen, interview, hire and onboard new employees. This is a client facing role with a significant volume of requisitions to manage. This is a temporary position April August, 2012.
Primary Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the talent lifecycle Work collaboratively with the entire HR department, especially HRIS/Comp Benefits team Support the success of the HR team by providing excellent client service to all stakeholders, internal and external Maintaining the Cincinnati State brand Onboarding new hires, including, but not limited to, distributing and explaining new hire paperwork and managing bi-monthly new hire orientations Understand, support and exemplify the mission and values of the College. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience as a recruiter in a high volume staffing environment, preferably in the private sector Mastery of an online applicant tracking system (i.e. Taleo, Brass Ring, iApplicants) Experience working with a background check vendor (i.e. GIS, HireRight, VICTIG) Familiarity with an HRIS system (i.e.
