As EORM grows we have a lot of recruiting for environmental, health, safety and sustainability professionals going on. To help with this we are looking for one or more recruiters who can either work under contract or as a part time or flex employee. The responsibilities of the rercruiter would be to:
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Build a relationship with Human Resources Hiring Managers.
Leverage social media, associations and other advertising to identify and recruit top talent into the organization.
Use our applicant tracking system to manage advertising and candidate flow.
Thoroughly screen and present candidates with the necessary knowledge and experience in relation to position requirements.
Manage and coordinate candidate communication and interview scheduling.
The successful candidate will have the following skills.
A minimum of 4 years recruiting experience.
Success recruiting environmental, health safety and sustainability professionals, and ideally experience recruiting consultants.
Proficient in sourcing techniques including ATS mining, etc., cold calling and social media recruiting
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and candidates simultaneously under minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in MS office products and use of applicant tracking systems.
