The Recruiter conducts full-cycle recruitment activities for all divisions and positions for Florida Hospital Flagler including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring. The Recruiter supports strategies to fill positions and meet or exceed AHS benchmarks for Time to Fill, Vacancy Rate, RN Vacancy, Quality Hire Rate and 1st Year Separation. This position also oversees the unemployment claims process, HR social networking, and 90 day evaluation process.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills Required or Preferred
Strong written and verbal communication, customer service excellence and interpersonal skills are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and general computer skill is required.
The ability to interact successfully, work with various departments and foster teamwork is required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work is required.
Skills in database management and record keeping, gathering and analyzing information skillfully is required.
Must be able to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
Education and Experience Required or Preferred
Associates degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications or related field required.
One years of experience in healthcare, on-clinical recruitment preferred.
Experience using applicant tracking, reference checking, electronic filing, and HRIS systems preferred.
Licensure, Certification or Registration Required or Preferred
