The Recruiter consults with and supports organizational leaders to drive hiring for a worldwide global organization. You will provide talent market intelligence and experience to effectively develop planning and selection strategy. The Talent Acquisition team is a true contributor to the growth and development of the organization and we provide the talent to meet and exceed company goals and objectives.

Roles Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting talent at various levels in a multi-site global organization.

Manage full life cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels and within multiple business units.

Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure the job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate standards.

Work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to effectively source and identify both passive and active talent.

Sourcing strategy will include cold calling, data mining, diversity initiatives, talent pipeline development techniques, network development, recruiting events, identifying internal talent for appropriate developmental opportunities.

Ongoing evaluation of recruitment strategy effectiveness.

Follow-up with both managers and candidates to ensure timeliness and improvement of the recruitment processes.

Actively participate in all staffing related initiatives and engage in cross functional projects

Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process.

Develop, report, and present Talent Acquisition performance metrics monthly to senior leadership team.


3-5 years of full life cycle recruitment in a high volume environment - agency experience preferred

Superior internet sourcing skills, in depth knowledge of data mining, including Boolean search strings, open source communities, user groups, blogs, and other social media to identify and recruit Global Talent

Experience in the development and analysis of recruitment metrics

Strong Business Acumen and superior communication and presentation skills required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Management Information Systems

Experience in the recruitment for Sales & Marketing in a consumer products or retail environment preferred
