Responsible for meeting the staffing needs of Goodwill Industries of North Florida. Job duties include advertising open positions, pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers, and completing other employment duties (including tracking, reporting and interfacing with vendors and outside agencies). May also be responsible for completing new employee orientation and managing the organization's AAP.

Required Skills
  • Excellent communication skills required -- both written and verbal
  • Able to build rapport.
  • Must be able to juggle competing priorities.
  • Able to complete assignments within deadlines in fast-paced environment.
  • Able to act as a 'marketeer" with a professional image on behalf of Goodwill.
  • Must know employment laws.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
Required Experience Two or more years of prior recruiting and/or staffing experience as a member of a Human Resources department preferred.
