Due to growth, we are currently seeking a qualified Recruiter to join our friendly team of professionals! Our ideal candidate will be a professional Recruiter, who is able to recruit for all levels of leadership (including senior and executive levels), and who has a minimum of 3 years of successful, results oriented experience in staffing or human resources with an emphasis on recruitment and selection.

Minimum of 3 years experience in the recruiting industry is required . Experience recruiting for a laboratory environment is highly desired . Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees Locate and document where to find ideal candidates Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads Create contacts within industry Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives Conduct prescreening interviews Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite Prepare and send offer packages Perform other special projects as assigned Benefits:
