+ years of Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience focusing on Engineering, Sales, or Executive
level positions preferably in the technology industry. If you are an Engineering Recruiter, you must have direct experience recruiting for hardware or software engineers in the semiconductor industry.

managers to define talent needs and create a strategic Hiring Plan while remaining true to Marvell’s Culture of Accountability.

You will drive the full life cycle of recruiting activities including; Posting Positions, Pre-
Screening & Interviewing candidates over phone and in-person, obtaining leads and reference
checking, interviewing, closing and offer preparation.
