Position Purpose

In this role, you will manage the full recruiting cycle from candidate identification and evaluation to offer negotiation and closing. You will need to be very proficient in candidate generation and sourcing. You will recruit for a wide range of positions with a variety of levels and job disciplines. The position requires superior communication skills and excellent organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail. The work environment is fast-paced, demanding and team-based.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
  • Source and screen qualified candidates, leverage Internet Job Boards, employee referrals, internet search engines and direct cold calling
  • Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process, set expectations, provide feedback, negotiate and close all offers
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting status of position
  • Participate in hiring discussions, gather and consolidate feedback
  • Gather and consolidate candidate feedback from interview team members and provide to hiring manager or team to make hiring decision
  • Check references, conduct background checks, make offers and negotiate as necessary
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with universities and business schools for the purpose of job posting
  • Develop strategies and utilize a variety of creative, non-fee based sourcing to identify and recruit candidates for positions across all business lines including digital media buying and planning, creative, web development, project management, account management, social media
  • Handle high volume of open positions and conduct behavioral-based interviews in the most professional, time-efficient and overall effective manner. Ensure quick turn-around time and appropriate due diligence in closing positions
  • Utilize Taleo or similar (online applicant tracking system) to maintain various recruitment tracking and reports. Enhance existing reports where applicable
  • Make sound decisions with regards to company budget
  • Understand, promote and adhere to Groupe and Moxie policies, HR guidelines and practices
  • Build effective relationships with hiring managers at Moxie and HR partners within the Groupe
  • Accurate and timely submission of timesheets
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Nature and Scope

· Typically reports to head of Human Resources department

· Will have direct reports

Job Requirements

· May require overnight travel up to 10% of the time

Education Required
  • Bachelor’s degree
Years of Relevant Experience
  • 8+ years Recruiting experience
  • 3+ years experience in advertising or marketing agency, perferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient with Excel and databases
  • Proficient with social media networking (LinkedIn and industry groups) and internet savvy
