Nauticus Group, a Finance & Accounting Search Firm located in Cranford, New Jersey is searching for a qualified Recruiter

Duties

Full-life cycle recruiting of mid to upper level Accounting and Finance professional candidates for permanent and consulting positions

Conduct a detail analysis of existing market landscapes and competitive influences

Assess customer requirements, economic conditions, business trends, and other factors impacting potential market success

Develop and execute programs to drive market penetration and foster business growth

Provide ongoing client support to enhance goodwill, develop a loyal account base, achieve business retention objectives, and provide opportunities for future business and candidate development

Supervise recruiters if applicable

Secure new and cultivate existing account relationships, employ cold calling and networking techniques in identifying and offering options fulfilling client requirements

Conduct effective sales presentations

Negotiate provisions of contracts

Achieve performance management initiatives towards exceeding revenue objectives

Bring in potential candidates on a daily basis to close on existing requirements and update our in-house database

Interview, via telephone and/or in person, with prospective candidates including interview setup, background checks, obtaining references, compensation and benefit analysis, marketing to requirements, resume formatting and preparation for interviews with clients

Source qualified candidates and job postings through various professional online sources and proprietary databases to fill job orders with short turn around times. This includes cold calls, referrals, job fairs and newspaper advertisement

Acquire detailed information from Client Hiring Managers and Account Managers to determine the skills candidates need for the position requirements and the clients environment, assuring minimal time expenditure on the part of the client

Participate in and plan corporate training sessions

Perform follow-up calls with existing candidates to ensure quality satisfaction

Assist with all corporate marketing initiatives
