The Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruitment of full time employees, contractors and temporary employees. The Recruiter handles 20-30 open requisitions at one time and is responsible for recruiting for a wide variety of roles nationally- software engineering, finance, HR, IT, sales, product development, product management, and services and delivery.
Screens and interviews applicants for assigned open positions and schedules qualified candidates to interview with hiring managers. Serves as primary contact point for candidate throughout the interview process and provides candidate an overview of position, company and process.
Maintains communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
Develops applicant flow for assigned open positions by determining appropriate sourcing options and utilizing appropriate sourcing options in identifying candidates. Interacts with search firms and employment agencies. Places and tracks temporary staffing orders with approved agencies.
Maintains requisitions and job postings in applicant tracking system for assigned positions.
Manages and configures Applicant Tracking Systems as needed. Provides support of data analysis and reporting efforts as required.
Participates in initiatives designed to identify and attract the best candidates for the Company. This includes, but is not limited to employment branding initiatives, sourcing initiatives, strategic staffing initiatives, employee referral programs, company website management, etc.
Leverages knowledge and experience to support learning and development needs of hiring managers and employees through providing advice, guidance, and training support for topics including but not limited to; social media usage, iCIMS access and use, behavioral interviewing.
Leads university and college recruiting activities and manages relationships with various schools to ensure participation in appropriate job fairs, graduate interviewing schedules, social media activity, etc.
Researches and understands external job market to best utilize internal resources (i.e. competitive analysis, industry analysis, etc.)
Leads intern program efforts and works closely with internal hiring managers and universities to ensure program meets needs of both constituencies.
