Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting plans
Mentor and develop junior recruiting team members
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, groups and employees
Fully and accurately utilize the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
Partner with Hiring Managers to identify key requirements for each role
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need through various sourcing techniques focused on digital talent
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Post openings in online advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues
Utilize diverse channels of digital and social media sites for recruitment
Screen candidates and qualify based off of requirements determined by hiring managers
Negotiate offers and ‘close’ candidates
Maintain accurate reporting

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 7-10 years professional experience recruiting in professional services, advertising, marketing, or agency environment
In-depth experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Successful track record recruiting in a Digital Agency environment
