We currently searching for an experienced Corporate Recruiter. The primary responsibility of the Corporate Recruiter is to provide qualified candidates to our management team by sourcing, screening, interviewing and making hiring recommendations for exempt and non-exempt positions within our North America Corporate Headquarters in Addison, Texas.

Essential Duties

Aggressively sources candidates through internet database mining and postings; cold calling; search engines; referrals and networking

Generate high interest level among candidates and maintain that interest through consistent contact and follow up

Works daily with management teams to ensure candidates are contacted and interviewed in a timely manner

Manages applicant process flow ( resume tracking, interviews and reporting) through Applicant Tracking System

Conducts prescreening interviews and schedules profiles assessments

Works with outside vendor to ensure background checks are completed for all potential candidates prior to hire

Prepares offer letters and sends to candidates along with new hire packets

Assists with related special projects as needed

Performs other duties as assigned by Manager

Professional appearance and demeanor

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

3-5 years recruiting experience in a high volume environment

Prior sales and/or call center recruiting strongly preferred

Must have proven success in hiring for corporate departments such as Accounting/Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, IT, etc.
