Riverside Health System's Talent Recruitment Center has an opening for a Recruiter. The Recruiter is responsible for acquiring exceptional talent through attracting and sourcing viable candidates to fill vacancies throughout the Health System.
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Creativity and the proven ability to successfully use networking, social media and sourcing sites to find candidates is needed.
Experience in developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to include proactively sourcing and identifying passive and non-passive candidates through a strong focus on networking, relationship building and the use of the most up-to-date recruiting technologies is helpful. The Recruiter will create job postings and advertisement for electronic job boards and other online resources. Will also participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as well as coordinate Riverside career events.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management, Marketing, or a related degree, or 3-5 years of professional Human Resources experience is required.
PHR or SPHR is preferred. Formal recruitment training highly desired. The ideal candidate will have previous healthcare recruiting experience. Should have excellent organizational skills, effective oral/written communication skills, and be able to manage changing priorities and deadlines. Experience developing and implementing successful recruitment plans is preferred. Strong attention to detail, initiative and drive are all necessary to be successful in this role. Thorough understanding of current employment and labor laws are essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with online application tracking systems and marketing efforts is a plus.
Exceptional customer service and professionalism is a must!
Candidates must be able to work at least 40 hours/week with flexibility to work additional hours (evenings/weekends) as needed to meet recruitment needs. Reliable transportation must be maintained as the position requires travel for facility visits and job fairs.
