The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. The position will be located at our office in Seattle, WA.

Essential Job Functions

- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Create job descriptions
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each position
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Post openings through online job sources, with professional organizations, and other position appropriate venues
- Utilize the internet for recruiting
- Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
- Establish a recognizable "employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externally
- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads
- Create contacts within industry
- Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates
- Administrative duties and record keeping
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Conduct prescreening interviews
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters, interviewing and selecting employees onsite, and preparing and sending offer packets
- Performs other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience in other Human Resource areas desired
- 2+ years of high volume corporate and/or agency recruiting required
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Mac operating systems a plus
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision
- Skills in database management and record keeping
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resources work
- Ability and flexibility to travel at a moment's notice
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service a plus
- Experience in security industry a plus
- A positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential
