Position Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivery of all facets related to recruiting and staffing success. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources. As well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. Responsibilities
Complete job postings utilizing internal and external resources
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, colleges, and employees
Coordinate and implement web recruiting activities
Work with hiring managers on hiring actions and recruiting plans
Sourcing of potential candidates
Develop pipeline of candidates
Conduct prescreening interviews
Collect, compile and analyze candidate data
Provide regular follow-up and communication to hiring managers
Provide regular reporting metrics for Human Resource Manager
Administrative duties and recordkeeping
Assist with interview scheduling, on-site and phone Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or Associates with a combination of working experience)
1-2 years recruiting experience
Strong project management skills
Robust ability to multi-task
Professional and enthusiastic phone skills
Exceptional written and verbal skills
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point preferred Physical Demands & Work Environment
