Post by Jobing - * Conducts all work to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements, and with the highest of ethical standards.* Effectively and efficiently supports the filling of all applicable job vacancies* Implements and maintains job requisitioning system to facilitate internal tracking and record keeping requirements* Conducts job analyses to establish job descriptions that are valid and reflect accurate knowledge, skills, and abilities* Leads the recruiting and interview planning for open positions and collaborates with applicable stakeholders and hiring managers* Effectively uses a variety of sourcing tools and methods, both traditional and innovative, to build applicant pools of candidates from which to select; these pools must be both active and passive job seekers* Responsible for external and internal posting and sourcing programs and methods* Maintains Sushi Zushis employment websites and postings* Builds diverse networks from which to recruit, and nurtures key relationships* Performs a variety of selection and screening activities to include interviewing, assessing–testing, background checking, etc., to identify qualified candidates for hiring managers to interview* Collaborates closely with hiring managers to facilitate advanced interviewing and final selections* Conducts a variety of post–offer/pre–employment activities and ensures that all related workflow actions are completed; such actions include, but are not limited to, declination communications, job offers, drug testing, onboarding, relocation assistance, etc.* Performs onboarding activities as required and adheres to all administrative and other requirements* Assists in developing and fostering the companys employment brand to make it an "employer of choice"* Meets regularly with hiring managers to gauge the effectiveness of services provided to them, and collaborates on improvements* Develops and reports upon recruiting metrics on a regular basis* Administers various human resources plans and procedures, and assists in development and implementation of policies and procedures, to include ownership of the employee handbook* Performs compensation analysis and administrative work as needed to support overall total rewards strategy* Responsible for responding to all restaurant level UI claims to protect the companys interests* Assists with outside agency reporting responsibilities, such as EEO claims, EEO–1 reporting, OSHA 300/300–A reporting, and others as may be required* Participates in setting department goals and objectives* Develops and collaborates with training on a variety of training programs as may be needed to support recruitment and selections efforts at the local store level* Identifies potential employee–relations issues and makes recommendations to management. Informs VP of human resources of all issues as they occur.* Responds to inquiries regarding the organizations processes, policies, procedures, and programs.* Attends meetings as required* Assists and backs–up all other members of the human resources team* Must establish and nurture a reputation as a trusted and consummate professional who is aligned with the companys mission, vision, and values–HR team members must be models of ideal behaviors * Bachelors degree in human resources or related field highly preferred, or a combination of education and human resources experience* Three years of very strong emphasis in recruiting/talent acquisition with articulated knowledge of full cycle recruiting* Three years of related human resources experience in multiple human resources disciplines* Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification highly preferred* Exceptional writing and grammar skills* Exceptional verbal communication skills* Experience developing courses regarding recruiting topics for hiring manager development* Strong experience utilizing HRMS, ATS, Job Boards, Social Media, and various other systems, that provide for more effective and efficient work* Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws* Exceptional analytical skills as applied to metrics and reporting
