Ideal candidates will help to recruit top talent by working closely with management to source, develop applicant flow, and create advertising to assist in hiring skilled professionals working with cutting edge technologies. Source candidates for professional technical and management positions

Actively source and review applications and resumes and forward qualified candidates to appropriate manager

Develop a large pool of potential candidates through various sourcing activities such as networking, newsgroups, user groups, professional affiliations, job postings and various Internet sites

Make recommendations to improve speed / efficiency of processes where necessary

Work with managers to identify job requirements, create job descriptions and create interview questions

Provide updates to Delivery regarding candidate statuses, to include regular meetings as necessary

Utilize social media for sourcing and other marketing forums to drive traffic to website

Screen and interview candidates for various level positions while complying with organization policy and government regulatory guidelines

Interface & coordinate with Human Resources to prepare offer letters and complete background checks

Maintain applicant files, appropriate records, and statistics

Maintain employee referrals

3+ years of technical recruiting experience

Sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably within the IT/Telecom industry

Proven ability to source passive candidates using a wide variety of sources beyond job boards

Technical understanding and recruiting experience

Excellent knowledge of HR/recruiting techniques

Exceptional planning, time management, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Strong research and candidate generation skills

Proactive and self-motivated

Drive to fill positions within the given timeframe

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

A Bachelors Degree related to business
