The Marketing Arm is looking for a mid-level recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for executing the nationwide recruiting and staffing strategy, while attracting premier industry talent. This position will partner with agency’s lead recruiter, hiring managers and leaders to ensure a seamless and robust recruitment and staffing process that will efficiently and effectively meet our growing talent needs.

Experience in agency capabilities and culture
Improve the strategy for the organization to achieve staffing objectives
Identify and attract outstanding talent through industry networking, referrals, advertising, and relationship building
Manage the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process
Develop and implement an effective interviewing process and tools
Improve and manage online recruiting and staffing tools
Create and manage effective candidate feedback process
Manage internal agency staff referral program
Manage applicant tracking process and tools
Constant communication with agency leadership to proactively recruit for future hiring needs
