7+ years of directly related recruiting experience preferably with at least 3 years experience in a Senior Recruiter Role preferred;
Proven track record of successfully filling open positions, proactively building pipeline for future roles as well as project work to streamline and upgrade recruiting processes;
Direct experience in consulting with employees and managers on employee relations matters to ensure all parties are aware of both company policies and labor laws;
PHR or SPHR Certifications preferred;
Uncompromising integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
In depth knowledge of labor laws, equal employment and affirmative action programs and regulations, ADA, FMLA, FLSA and other employment related regulations.
Excellent project management, priority setting and organizational skills;
Strong presentation skills and the ability to facilitate discussions with senior leadership on recruiting strategies and objectives.
Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, energy and enthusiasm.
