Mindteck is in need of a Recruiting Account Manager to manage client hiring manager relationships while helping in the effort to recruit and vet candidates for IT positions. Management experience is not required, however, 3 to 5 years recruiting experience is required. Candidates MUST also be friendly and have excellent written and verbal communications skills. Responsibilities include:
Work with hiring managers to refine job requisitions. Review/ vet candidates provided by sourcing and recruiting staff. Submit candidates to hiring managers or through client portals. Recruit candidates using major job boards and social networks. Maintain candidate information in Maxhire our applicant tracking system (experience with Maxhire is a plus) Interview candidates to assess skills, experience and availability. Negotiate compensation based on the Mindteck benefit structure and client rates. Perform background and reference checks on newly recruited candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and follow up on results. This position is located in Harrisburg, PA and is salaried plus commissions and benefits.
