Associate, National GSF / YF
Position Location: Boston

Position Overview
The Associate of National Graduate School / Yearlong Fellowship Recruiting will play a critical role in coordinating and implementing the recruiting strategy for our Graduate School and Year-Long Fellowships. The Associate of National Graduate School / Yearlong Fellowship Recruiting will work as part of the Recruitment, Admissions and Placement department and help lead the team in identifying, recruiting, and admitting a diverse cadre of leaders into the Graduate School and Yearlong Fellowships. This person will report directly to a Recruiting Manager and will spend the majority of his/her time executing the recruitment strategy set by the Recruiting Manager. This position requires 35% travel, mostly during the months of September-November.

Responsibilities Include

Strategy and Execution
• Support efforts to plan, execute, evaluate Education Pioneer’s national recruiting strategy
• Coordinate candidate communications and publicity efforts
• Work with marketing team to develop concepts and create content for candidate and Partner marketing materials
• Oversee planning of regional Group Interview Days, including staff member communication and material preparation
• Coordinate with Alumni and local site staff to plan regional recruiting events
• Conduct outreach to local talent pipelines and Education Pioneers Alumni
• Present recruiting presentations on-campuses, webinars, and other marketing events across the country
• Establish and maintain relationships with careers services office, school faculty, private sector company contacts, etc. to pave the way for effective collaboration during the recruiting season
• Create and present key campus recruiting reports to sites

Analysis and Administration
• Maintain applicant data in the system ensuring data integrity and efficient reporting capabilities
• Compile statistics, prepare reports, and communicate results to national and site teams
• Monitor and assess progress toward recruiting targets and ensure all recruiting targets are met or exceeded
• Manage scheduling and coordinate logistics for recruiting and admissions events including materials and supplies, catering, surveys, invitations, and RSVP’s
• Create, distribute, and collect results for surveys to Alumni, applicants, contacts and Education Pioneers staff
• Utilize data on an ongoing basis to track progress and recommend adjustments as necessary in order to meet national and regional recruiting goals
• Manage the recruiting inbox and phone line as a primary source of communication for candidates throughout the application process

Desired Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses a keen attention to detail and interest in a career in education reform and human capital. Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of relevant work experience - recruiting or admissions is preferred
• Strong undergraduate academic record and leadership experience
• Proven organizational skills and careful attention to detail
• Strong presentation and professional communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with a diverse array of stakeholders and a growing national team
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint – previous experience working in SalesForce preferred
