As a Recruiting Associate you will be partnering with other recruiters & decision makers on building the talent pipeline for engineering and product. You’ll be responsible in assessing candidate for an incredibly high bar. Let’s Play!
This is a 3 month+ contract opportunity.
Work closely with other Recruiters to develop and run effective sourcing strategies geared towards attracting top-tier technical talent.
Assess candidates via phone screens and learn to calibrate them for Zynga’s hiring bar on engineering & product.
Create recruiting strategies to present to peers & recruiting manager.
Create and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent in a highly metrics driven organization.
Consistently bring a white glove service mentality to candidates to ensure an incredible Zynga candidate experience is being met.
Recruiting experience is preferred but not required
Technical curiosity and a strong business acumen
Self-motivated and be able to work independently
Proven experience with sourcing methods including Boolean search, user groups, networking and sourcing via web channels is a plus
Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
