The Recruiting Coordinator provides support to the Recruiting Team with a focus on administrative, technology, pre-employment support, post-employment support and onboarding process. This position is located in Weymouth, MA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary purpose of the role is to support the ongoing recruiting process as it relates to candidate flow supporting the recruiting pipeline and to provide operational/administrative support to the recruiting team. Other duties may be assigned.
•Open requisitions, edit posting descriptions and post jobs to internal and external web sites as directed by the recruiters, the senior talent acquisition specialist, and the Director of Recruiting and Beacon Partners executive leadership team.
•As directed by the Weymouth recruiting team, schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with Weymouth hiring managers and executive leadership including travel.
•Process background checks and drug screen for new hire candidates and report results quickly, keeping Recruitment management and HR leadership informed.
•Update SharePoint spreadsheets to include job posting accounts, employee headcount, and turnover
•Provide registration and administrative support for ongoing events
•Process and track sign on bonus for candidates working closely with finance for a seamless process
•Process reimbursements, vendor invoices, PO’s, etc.
•Generate offer letters as needed for recruiting team
•Enter and maintain integrity of data in the ATS and produce reports as necessary
•Provide a high level of customer support to the recruiting team
•Process new hire paperwork and conduct orientation activities including new hire travel
•Prepare Day one paperwork for new hires including Recoverable bonus letters
•Prepare excel spreadsheets and power point presentation as needed
•Schedule meetings and reserve rooms as necessary
•Distribute, collect and analyze recruitment surveys on a regular basis.
Must have at least 1-2 years in an HR Support Role/Recruiting environment and have a basic understanding of recruiting principles, programs and practices. A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, keep shareholders informed of progress on requests and handle confidential information appropriately in a fast-paced environment required. Must be familiar with an applicant tracking system like iCIMS. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. A college degree from an accredited college in the US.
