Executes internal and external recruiting processes to ensure effective candidate experience and operational efficiency within the Recruiting team. This individual will provide coordination and support to recruiters and candidates throughout the Recruiting lifecycle.

There are two positions located in Hiawatha, IA and Gilbert, AZ

In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate all elements of pre-employment and on boarding processes, including background checks, candidate records, candidate communication, and New Employee Orientation
  • Ensure the highest level of candidate and internal customer experience and communication
  • Ensure candidate records are complete and accurate
  • Produce recruiting reports, including recurring and ad-hoc reporting. Analyze reporting data and structure to recommend improvements
  • Review general Recruiting email inbox; respond and/or allocate for appropriate response
  • Track employee referrals and bonus eligibility; work with Payroll to ensure accurate bonus payments
  • Schedule internal and external candidate interviews, including coordinating travel arrangements as needed
  • Administer pre-employment assessments
  • Conduct professional references
  • Assist with recruiting events as needed, including planning, coordination, and attendance
  • Participate in various recruiting projects and activities to promote continuous improvement
Do you have what it takes?
  • Bachelors Degree preferred; Business, Human Resources, or related degree preferred
  • 2-4 years experience in a service and/or support capacity; Recruiting and/or Human Resources experience preferred
  • Strong service focus is essential
  • Strong MS Office skills are strongly preferred, especially reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and SharePoint; experience with an Applicant Tracking System and/or Human Resources Information System (HRIS) preferred
  • Must demonstrate a very high level of professionalism with excellent interpersonal and organization skills
  • Must demonstrate ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks is essential
