HealthFitness an award-winning provider of comprehensive health, fitness and condition management services for employees and individuals, has a great opportunity for a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at our Bloomington, MN corporate office. This key individual will provide recruiting administrative support to our Recruiter's and serve as a primary contact for the Recruiting department in support of hiring managers and job seekers, and assignment of all job requisitions. You will also be responsible for managing a high volume of requisitions for assigned jobs including intake, qualifying, distributing and tracking candidates, corresponding with candidates and hiring managers, posting jobs, and other related administrative and reporting functions of the Open Hire applicant tracking system. You will report directly to the Recruitment Manager and partner with Business Managers and an Enterprise Human Resources team.
Receives and enters all job requisitions from hiring managers, reviews requisitions for completeness and obtains any missing information from hiring managers. Assigns job requisitions to the appropriate Recruiter.
Serves as the primary contact for all Recruiting questions from job seekers and hiring managers; answers questions or refers to the appropriate team member as appropriate.
Manages the general Recruiting eMail box.
Educates managers on the recruitment process to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures in accordance with EEO and AA requirements.
Processes assigned job requisitions:
Performs intake with hiring manager, creates on-line job requisitions and posts positions to applicable recruitment sources.
Reviews resumes submitted for assigned open jobs to determine qualifications.
Performs Recruiting activities to qualify or disqualify job seekers and enters dispositions when appropriate. Generates rejection letters as applicable.
Forwards qualified resumes to hiring manager for review.
Corresponds with hiring managers on status of resume review and overall Recruiting for open requisitions. Obtains regular Candidate Status Reports and enters information into database.
Generates offer letters and coordinates pre-employment background and/or drug screens as required.
Closes filled job requisitions, removes advertisements, generates rejection letters and inputs final dispositions for all resume submissions associated with the closed job.
Performs system administrative and data maintenance functions as needed.
Creates and maintains staffing reports.
Serves as resource for researching effective advertising avenues, Recruiting vendor management, college and university relations, and tracking advertising expenses.
Makes recommendations on process efficiencies and enhancement to recruitment process and Candidate tracking system.
Conducts research into Recruiting trends and educates Recruiting team. Supports social media efforts.
Assists with the preparation of position descriptions.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education, Experience and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate's Degree required.
Minimum 2 year Administrative Recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Prior experience in healthcare, fitness or related industry preferred.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including at minimum Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet Explorer required.
Prior experience with applicant tracking systems, on-line Recruiting tools and technologies strongly preferred.

Ability and desire to multi-task, deal with high volume and stay calm in pressure situations.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong internet research skills and understanding of social networking preferred.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of applicants and employees of the organization.
