Kinetix is the recruitment process outsourcing firm (RPO) for growth companies that leverages an integrated services model composed of total RPO, Staffing & Recruiting and HR Consulting. Our clients are good at what they do, and they know it. But they also can't hire enough people to keep up with their growth. That's where we come in.

Role Responsibilities and Key Performance Areas
Deliver the Best - Work to only deliver the best support to our recruiters to further establish a positive and capable opinion of the Kinetix brand.
Capacity - We're looking for someone with drive to be the best. No task is too big or small. You will assist with data integrity, posting jobs, scheduling interviews, on-boarding new employees, and processing background and drug checks.
Funnel Building - Post jobs and provide front end sourcing for our recruiters
Process Guru - In your sleep kinda deal. We want you to know your stuff and to then come to us with how to do it better!
Maxhire Master - Master the intricacies of our applicant tracking system, assisting our recruiters with maintaining data integrity. Manage candidate documentation
