The ideal recruiting coordinator is organized, results-oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service everyday.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to assigned recruiters

Coordinate communication with applicants and hiring managers

Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers

Arrange travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants

Perform reference checks and initiate background checks

Initiate new hire set-ups and transfers of employees

Create and maintain job requisition files

Assist in the sourcing, screening, interviewing and/or final recruitment for administrative, clerical and other entry level positions as needed

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent

Previous Human Resources experience preferred

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Taleo) preferred

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized and process oriented

Commitment to data integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information

Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
