The Primatics Financial Recruiting team is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Recruiting Coordinator. This is a FT position based in our HQ in Tysons Corner, VA. The role will support a team of recruiters with the objectives of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity and Recruiting project initiatives. Responsibilities
Coordinating phone and in-house interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
Organize and maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring process is followed and information is up-to-date and accurate
Produce ad hoc recruiting reports, including Excel spreadsheets to track interview activity
Meeting and greeting candidates coming in to interview
Participate and coordinate a variety of recruiting events
Prepare confidential offer packages
Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team
Monitor careers page to ensure all job descriptions are properly posted
Interface with candidates throughout the hiring process as needed and monitor on-site interviews to ensure process is moving smoothly and efficiently
Provide research and sourcing support through creative social media methods
Solicit feedback from interviewers following interviews
Coordinate decision meetings on final-round candidates
Coordinate the scheduling of recruiting events, prepare collateral for events
Coordinate various phases of the college recruiting efforts
Manage relationships with faculty, career centers and students at assigned colleges
Serve as a point of contact for students and hiring managers, for all college efforts, as necessary

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
Proficient in using MS Office Suite or PC based calendar/meeting applications
Familiar with the recruiting life cycle to help facilitate and maintain candidates through the hiring process
Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute
