Description

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the clearance of all potential employees. They will work directly with corporate recruiters, regional vice presidents, hiring managers and branch office staff to ensure that each hire meets the hiring criteria based on organizational policy and procedure. The coordinator will handle any and all communication and completion of pre - employment process. They will maintain records in order to reconcile any and all invoices related to the hire process. Manage all aspects of the recruiting process with regards to job postings, open positions control, and reporting functions with regards to the recruiting process and all other duties as assigned. This position will report directly to the Director of Human Resources. This position will require a minimum of high school diploma prefer bachelor's degree. Minimum of 2 years experience prefer 3-5 specifically in recruiting.
