In this role, you will support the local recruiting organization by scheduling interviews with recruiters and hiring managers, greeting candidates, facilitating the on-site interview process, and providing the necessary information and tools to the hiring managers for their interviews.
Schedule the interviews and assist both candidates and interviewers during the recruiting process.
Manage calls and emails from candidates, hiring managers and employees
Ensure timely and detailed updates for reporting and the applicant tracking system
Verify, track and manage department related expenses and vendors
Facilitate the process for candidate expense reimbursement and the background checking process
Book travel arrangements for candidates
Create and send offer letters to new hires
Administer process for hiring temporary employees
Bachelor's degree required
6-12 months experience in a role which requires you to multitask intensively
Ability to work independently
Ability to build strong relationships
Excellent time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work accurately under time constraints
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
