We are seeking a passionate Recruiting Manager, who, like the rest of our dynamic team, does whatever it takes to ensure their team of high performing recruiters delivers high quality management, professional and executive-level candidates and continues to advance the DISH brand across numerous markets and professional communities. Our senior leadership team views Recruiting as an integral part of their own team, and it’s our expectation that you and your team find yourselves immersed in the business on a daily basis. The recruiters are a team of experienced talent brokers, and have an enormous amount of pride in each and every placement they make. Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
Use your expertise to help continue to build a world-class in-house recruiting team for great customer and candidate experience. Work closely with the entire recruitment team to continuously improve and implement recruiting methods and technologies to adjust to changing market and customer conditions.
Work with your recruiters to continually refine our external and internal employment brand and strengthen the talent pipeline through continual proactive sourcing, market-based research and benchmarking.
Hold your team accountable with aggressive expectations. Manage and coach the recruiting staff to deliver peak performance!
Build close and strategic relationships with our executive team across all functions to develop long-term talent slates.
Lead enterprise-wide recruiting process improvement efforts for increased efficiency, quality, productivity and client experience.
Prepare analytical reports as necessary for all levels of the organization ensuring the integrity, timeliness and maintenance of the data.
Skills - Experience and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years’ experience in high performance recruiting.
Must have at least 4 years previous successful recruitment leadership experience.
Must be flexible and innovative in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.
Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication and presentation abilities, analytical and problem solving skills, as well as experience with change management and vendor management.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and and with Applicant Tracking Systems.
