The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading a team of high volume contact center recruiters and their recruiting efforts within a specific division of the Xerox Services organization. In this on-site role, you will provide leadership and coaching to recruiters, recruiting coordinator, and peers in multiple division locations. This position requires daily and direct contact and partnering with the hiring management team, and could occasionally include RFP input for Xerox Services client growth.

Responsibilities:
. Provide leadership, support and vision to team of experienced local and remote recruiters.
. Develop new strategies and programs to attract industry specific candidates
. Support the recruitment process with full cycle recruiting for in-house positions
. Build strong business partnerships with hiring management team
. Other duties/projects as assigned
. Ability to travel up to 25%

Qualifications:
. Bachelor Degree is highly preferred
. Minimum of 7 years of high volume staffing experience in healthcare, pharma or retail is required
. Previous talent acquisition management experience
. Ability to work in fast paced, collaborative team environment
. Strong organizational and project management skills
. Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits and/or similar or relevant work experience
. Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet recruiting
. Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tools, preferably Taleo
. Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
. Demonstrated experience in communicating and building relationships with front line managers
. Expertise with commonly used concepts, practices and procedure within HR body of knowledge, including state and federal employment laws
. Proficient knowledge of recruiting trends, tools, and HR related processes
. Skilled at establishing relationships to effectively interact with, support and coach all levels within an organization
. Bi-lingual written and verbal abilities in Spanish a plus but not required
