We are currently seeking a Recruiting Manager to help us expand our team.
PLEASE NOTE: Aptitude testing will be required for all positions
Experience in sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and evaluating a variety of technical and non-technical skill sets
Experience with high-volume recruiting environments
Experience in proactive candidate sourcing from multiple sources (i.e., Internet, college/university, advertisements, recruiting agencies, etc.)
Experience negotiating salary, relocation, travel, etc.
Experience in managing a team of recruiters
Ability to maintain confidential Company information
Excellent communication, presentation, time management, decision making, organizational, and problem solving skills
Experience in selling candidates on the merits of a career with the Company
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Excellent knowledge of HR recruitment and staffing practices, all applicable labor, pay, benefits, health and safety laws and regulations
Excellent knowledge of recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures, including all applicable EEO and ADA regulations
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
3-5 years of experience in IT and/or professional recruiting and HR experience
