The Recruiting Manager will collaborate internally with business leaders and externally as appropriate with third parties, to support both high volume and niche job hiring, utilizing diverse candidate generation resources. S/he will have demonstrated proficiency in pro-active pipeline recruiting designed to identify high quality candidates for current and future needs. Will work closely with managers and executives on recruitment process, thereby increasing the likelihood of a successful placement.

Key Responsibilities
Partners with Business Unit Leaders:
Consults with hiring managers to understand business requirements and functions in the department in need of establishing or enhancing pipeline of candidates.
Provide insight and input to continually evolve the effective use of defined metrics for recruiting and provide timely, accurate and meaningful measurement tools to effectively gauge success of placements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key organizational business policy and project initiatives and industry competitors.

Ownership of Recruiting Process:
Own and drive the recruiting strategy and results for the business units and shared service functions throughout the organization.
Build relationships with key candidate communities for short/long-term staffing opportunities.

Do the Work:
Exhibit passion for and possess substantive experience leading all facets of recruiting beginning with internal role and job clarity, to sourcing candidate leads, identifying, screening, interviewing and closing candidates in a highly competitive marketplace.
Lead and participate in college recruitment program.

Success Metrics
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and anticipate future hiring needs.
Manage and leverage social media to generate candidate pipeline.
Be able to analyze and take action to positively influence established metrics.
Have a sense of urgency in responding to constituents.
Working in partnership with others in the organization, create and promote Bowman’s employment brand

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of five years recruiting experience in a multi-site environment.
Proven experience partnering and influencing hiring managers.
Experience recruiting professionals on a national basis.
Proven capability to proactively build talent pipelines preferably in the A/E industry.
Experience in developing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.
Ability to lead and complete projects with little supervision.
Proven skills in candidate assessment and selection at all organizational levels.
Understanding of EEO legislation and other applicable staffing laws.
Up to 30% travel required to offices, colleges and job fairs.
