The Recruiting Manager is responsible for the corporate recruiting results and the management and development of the corporate recruiting team members.

Reporting Information/Location

This Recruiting Manager position is located at 5301 Legacy Drive, Plano, Texas 75024. This position reports to the Director of Recruiting. This position has five direct reports.

Responsibilities

·

Lead and direct the work of the corporate recruiting team and meet the hiring managers and business expectations.

Identify, recruit, develop, assess and retain high-performing recruiting professionals whose competencies are aligned with DPSG’s vision and strategy

·

Using data, metrics, and analysis to provide fact based decisions and discussions to management and the hiring managers.

·

Influence professional growth and development by providing training and development opportunities, sharing expertise, communicating on a timely basis, and providing candid and constructive feedback and support.

·

Proactively direct or reallocate the team’s attention, resources and abilities in response to business cycles.

·

Collaborate with the Human Resources Business Partners, Recruiting Process and Project Manager, and Compliance Team in order to achieve most efficient approaches and results.

·

Trade best practices with other regions and implement as needed. Continuously discover and request technology, process and policy enhancements in order to improve results.

·

Effectively source, recruit and convert candidates to senior-level positions.

Screen qualified candidates resumes and review sourcing results. Disposition candidates in a compliant and consistent manner.

·

Interview in a professional, dynamic and compliant manner. Represent Dr Pepper Snapple Group resulting in a remarkable candidate experience.

·

Understand candidates’ needs. Make decisions and adjust needs to Dr Pepper Snapple Group’s positions.

·

Ensure candidates have a realistic job description and preview.

·

Correspond with candidates that are moving through the selection process, keep them interested and maintain a remarkable experience throughout.

·

Present a diverse pool of candidates.
