Owns the Applicant Tracking System and hiring/promotion process to ensure recruiting teams are thoroughly trained and are executing accurately and timely.
Coaches and trains recruiting managers, hiring managers and other stakeholders regarding staffing process to drive consistent candidate selection methods.
Builds relationships and trust to effectively gauge needs and identifies issues early in the process and resolves problems proactively.
Manage multiple improvement and ad-hoc projects such as: diversity career fairs, job boards and pre-employment testing.
Works with procurement to evaluate, determine, and negotiate vendor contracts with third party staffing agencies, recruiting firms and other recruiting related vendors.
Develops and executes comprehensive sourcing plans to create diverse candidate pipeline consistent with business trends, reduce time to fill and improve candidate quality.
Manages applicant tracking requirements and related documentation to ensure compliance with Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other government regulations and reduce risk to the company.
Partners with HR and recruiting team in managing the Hiring Tax benefits and other local tax credits including the identification, coordination and training for the overall program.
