This dynamic, hands-on, Recruitment management position is responsible for building and managing the recruitment team and in developing, implementing, and leading, strategies, policies and best practices relating to all phases of Medullan ’s Recruitment practice. Desired Skills and Experience: • 3+ years previous experience in leading a recruitment team as a player/coach in a rapid growth, high tech environment.

  • Full life-cycle recruitment experience with the ability to articulate complete compensation structure, packages and effectively sell growth opportunities • Demonstrated success, and expertise in recruiting talent for rapidly growing smaller organizations • Think outside of the box to help build talent pool/sourcing strategy for immediate and future people needs • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize activities in a fast paced environment • Possess an engaging and self-motivated style with exceptional people and communication skills (both verbal and written) • Flexible, able to juggle multiple priorities, and be detail oriented • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and establish collaborative partnerships Responsibilities: • Manage the talent forecasting and recruiting pipelines, conversion ratios, metrics and weekly progress against targets • Recruit, manage, and lead the Recruiting team • Define, educate and train Medullan on recruitment/on interviewing best practices • Recruitment of senior level leadership positions • Develop and manage Recruitment budget Nice to haves: • Experience developing broader people strategy functions i.e. culture, performance management, retention, morale, employee relations • Proficiency with web-based applicant tracking systems as well as highly versed with Microsoft Excel • Knowledgeable in Federal and Massachusetts employment Law
