The Meraki Recruiting Manager is a progressive and creative leader who has a deep understanding of talent acquisition and can lead Meraki to the next stage of growth. Lead the effort in staffing a rapidly growing sales team across the company
Lead and develop a passionate recruiting team and recruiting resources (agencies, job boards, ATS, etc)
Partner with the company's business leaders to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to deliver top quality staff to meet hiring plans
Provide training and direction to recruiters to ensure that all stakeholders are able to complete their role in the recruiting process and achieve desired results
5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in preferably in high tech with good career trajectory (recruiter – senior recruiter – recruiting manager)
Based at company headquarters in downtown San Francisco
Strong knowledge of recruitment systems and a high level of comfort with technology is a must
Strong leadership capabilities
