This role will report to the CAO and be primarily responsible for optimizing our current recruiting process, sourcing hard-to-find technical and non-technical talent and creating a best in class recruiting experience for our internal hiring managers and external candidates. Primary Responsibilities
The tasks and responsibilities of the Recruiting Manager will include:
Source and recruit candidates for positions requiring highly specialized skill sets
Develop and implement long term and near term recruiting objectives and department budget
Work closely with our internal clients to fully understand their needs and develop requisitions that speak in our target candidate’s language.
Lead the efforts to optimize and create new and innovative sourcing strategies that uncover hard to find and exceptionally talented candidates.
Evolve the recruiting work flow in recognition of best in class hiring practices
Relentlessly seek out new trends in the recruiting industry, vet them and teach them to the team
Manage and coach recruiting team to achieve business objectives on time and on budget
Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience(corporate and agency)
Solid experience designing and optimizing recruiting processes
Direct experience souring for hard to find, non-local, technical and non-technical candidates
Excellent communication / consensus-building skills
Ability to build highly collaborative internal and external relationships
Ease in successfully navigating a highly technical, fluid organization
Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent
Advantageous Attributes:
2+ years of leadership experience in a high-tech or financial services firm
Clear understanding of how to market a proprietary trading organization
