Directly responsible to build world-class recruiting capability

Locate and hire top engineering and product development talent in
cooperation with hiring managers

Market RBC to active and passive candidates (using traditional and
innovative approaches to attract scarce individuals)

Adapt, develop and maintain recruiting process, tools and infrastructure

Create and manage recruiting budget

Manage external promotion for positions (social media, job sites, etc.)

Conduct initial candidate screening

Coordinate interviews

Develop and maintain market compensation data

Develop strategic recruiting plan to assist in short-term and long-term


The successful candidate will have demonstrated capability to hire talented and
well-qualified professionals to support company growth plans. This includes:

Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics that determine a good match
between a person and their work

Intense about building organizations by locating, attracting and retaining
top talent

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of outcomes

Demonstrated ability to operate within a process and produce process

Effectively use computer tools to manage applicant database, workflow and
