The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for attracting and managing the candidate pipeline with our core company values in mind. He/she will be executing all of our recruiting efforts, managing the recruiting pipeline and candidate from first touch point to final review, evaluating tools and supporting the hiring of the best talent across all functions at Sequoia. He/she will partner with the Hiring Managers to facilitate the recruiting process, manage the employee referral program and manage recruiting to support Sequoia’s overall growth plans.
Actively source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment vehicles including traditional head hunting, cold calling, industry networking and job boards
Prescreen resumes, coordinate interviews with the team, prepare interviewing toolkits and packets, coordinate candidate assessments and keep candidate files current and organized
Manage and drive the team throughout the interview process and ensure they are trained and grounded in the process and interview guidelines so they can be effective interviewers
Manage the on-boarding process for all new hires
Manage the employee referral program
7+ years experience in Full Cycle Recruiting
Knowledgeable of CA employment and labor laws and hiring best practices
Strong written/oral communication skills
Bachelors Degree required
