We are hiring an experienced Recruiting Manager with IT/Technical recruitment experience to support our entire operational client base across North America.
While this role has a primary technical recruitment focus, candidates must enjoy working in an extremely versatile recruiting environment. The Recruiting Manager is highly involved in all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting of staff within IT, Administrative, Facilities Management, Project Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Misc. roles.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Meet regularly with Sr. HR/Recruiting Management team members to review all open orders and receive weekly delegated requisitions in addition to providing and receiving updates on staffing progress
Meet regularly with Client Directors/Managers to discuss current and upcoming requisition needs
In addition to conducting manual Boolean resume searches, Create job descriptions as necessary, place and edit career advertisements on contracted and no-fee, Government and University Career Boards, etc.
Utilize social media and professional networking sites in addition to non-profit and no-fee placement partners for recruitment of staff
Conduct phone and in-person interviews
Coordinate management and client interviews
Ensure all applicant information is input into Virtual Edge (HRIS)
Process background and drug screen information
Extend offers of employment
Track recruiting progress and report metrics monthly to Sr. HR/Recruiting Management team members
Other duties as assigned
Candidates must have at least 4-5 years’ experience working within an IT/Technical Recruiting role, preferably within outsourcing, staffing, hospitality or customer service based industries. All candidates should be comfortable working within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Candidates must have the ability to communicate at all levels up to the ‘C’ suite.
