The recruiting operations role supports the Recruiting team with the following:
  • Handles monthly data reporting
  • Presents material (both written and verbal) to internal clients
  • Coordinates special projects including planning, tracking, implementation and reporting
  • Works with third party vendors in delivering services required
  • Handles training in area of expertise
  • Administration and provisioning of the ATS
  • Creation of Process Maps and Documents
  • Quality checks – job postings, offer letters, interview notes, and phone screen notes, strategy notes, etc
  • Assist in developing annual recruiting budget, quarterly forecasts, expense tracking vs. budget and make recommendations to optimize
  • Assists in the project management on a variety of recruiting projects of assorted sizes and complexity;
  • Work with recruiters to create a compelling candidate experience
  • Optimize internal sourcing channel programs (i.e., Internal Transfer, Employee Referral, Search Engines, Job Boards, etc)
  • Manages immigration as necessary
  • Supports Recruiting and HR as needed

BUSINESS ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Manage relationship with key customer/area of responsibility
  • Develop or enable the development of new and expanding business opportunities
  • Advances the overall recruitment strategy including sourcing channel management, employment brand, sourcing effectiveness
  • Design, recommend and implement changes to processes and systems
  • Analyze needs, develop and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes, customer service or products
  • Support implementation of customer initiatives
  • Lead short-term (3 to 9 months), defined scope projects
  • Resolve technical problems by referring to policies, procedures, specifications
  • Compare alternatives for solving problems or improving procedures or products and provide recommendations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Project Management Experience
  • Experience using Recruiting technologies (i.e. ATS, CRM)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to work effectively with a broad range of people and other departments - team player.

  • HR Certification (PHR or SPHR)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
