Panasonic Corporation of North America (PNA) is seeking a Recruiting
Specialist. The Recruiting Specialist specializes in sourcing qualified
candidates, interviewing and referring professional, technical, and managerial
positions for Panasonic Corporation of North America (PNA). Developing and
executing diversity candidates sourcing strategies based on market research and
workforce data analysis.

Manage Client Hiring Manager
relationship with regard to recruitment strategy, goals and methodology.

Partner with HR Business Partners
in managing the job levels and salary ranges for all positions.

Support the HRIS team by
implementing, maintaining and updating the Taleo Workflow to integrate
with the Workday system updates.

Generate recruitment metric
reports both manually and using applicant tracking system, Taleo.

Review resumes and applications
and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills,
compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants based on the
criteria stated on the job description, utilizing the advanced search tool
within the applicant tracking system, and following compliance procedures.

Provide general user support,
create and run ad hoc reports, handle data integrity issues, and compile
hiring reports for HR.

Support other HR projects when


Education & Experience:
BA/BS Degree preferred

2+ years experience in
recruiting, plus HR and Administrator experience with an emphasis on
processes, policies, and system implementations preferred.

Problem Solving:
Provide support that requires
analytical skill and product knowledge for resolution of customer issues
for various HR applications and reporting tools.

Ability to interface and
collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization and management.

Provide innovative and
thoughtful thinking in attaining best in class solutions to meet complex
business needs

Excellent relationship and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with executives and
professionals at all levels.

Must be articulate, have
excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Superior organizational and attention to detail skills
and follow-up techniques, with the ability to work independently and
balancing multiple projects in a large complex corporate environment.

Other Requirements


Must be proficient in MS Word
and Excel

Familiar with Taleo or ATS, MS
Office and social media.

No business travel.
