Our Recruiting Technology & Ops Manager will deliver the tools, processes, and data strategies necessary to surface key metrics as performance indicators and use data to contribute to predictability of hiring.

This is a full-time position located at Twitter headquarters in San Francisco and reports to the Director of Recruiting and HR Technology.
Strategy, design, and day-to-day management of current recruiting tools
Lead co-development and implementation of new 3rd party recruiting tools
Manage system related projects, including developing and maintaining project plans, coordinating and leading meetings, managing project teams, conducting analysis, making recommendations, and implementing solutions.
Provide insight into features and functionality to ensure system optimization and utilization.
Develop and deliver recruiter and hiring manager training for recruitment technology.
Manage selected vendor relationships and performance.
Reporting and Analytics
Build on metrics currently available to provide greater insight into performance to drive greater efficiency and enhanced quality of hire.
Co-design a business intelligence strategy that enables full talent lifecycle reporting
Monitor and report on trends for key recruitment metrics.
Oversee development and distribution of regular team and executive reporting packages.
Business Process Improvement
On ongoing basis, review and analyze recruitment processes for inefficiencies.
Where inefficiencies exist, make and socialize recommendations/solutions.
Manage projects to implement solutions.
Develop relationships with other stakeholders such as HRIS, IT, Compliance, and Legal.
Direct management of a team.
The successful candidate will typically have a Bachelor's degree, and 6+ years of direct experience managing recruitment technology, reporting and analytics, and business process improvement. This person must be a team player who values a collaborative environment which includes accountability, integrity, quality, and has a strong sense of urgency.
Other key qualifications include:
Must have prior experience managing a global ATS and driving a system roadmap
Analytics and business process improvement experience is required
Proven track record of delivering change on a broad and global scale for a recruiting organization, developing and executing a strong change management strategy.
Deep understanding of governmental regulations for recruiting (i.e. OFCCP)
Strong project management experience, with superior organizational skills.
Influencing and persuasion skills.
Experience negotiating and managing contracts, as well as relationship management.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
The ability to multi-task, and prioritize work to meet client needs.
Flexible nature and ability to meet changing demands in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to learn quickly, absorb and accept feedback.
Superior communication skills both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
