The Human Resources Department has a great opportunity for a dynamic, well-organized, multi-tasker to support our recruitment team.
Primary responsibilities include:
Scheduling phone screens and interviews. Checking references and OIG verification. Assisting in the development of collateral material: forms, spreadsheets and templates. Independently coordinating the post offer recruitment process to include: creating the offer letter, initiating and monitoring all required background checks, conducting primary source verification of licensure, creating the new hire file, monitoring progress of those in the credentialing process and submitting notification of hire to all necessary parties. Additional duties will include: supporting the Informational Interviewing Process and other recruitment functions such as tracking team event participation, ensuring adequate supply of promotional items and assisting in the planning of recruitment events.
We are looking for someone who has graduated from a business, human resources, labor relations or similarly related bachelor’s or diploma program at an accredited institution or is enrolled in one of these programs with previous administrative support experience. Experience as a Recruitment Assistant may also be considered. High school diploma or GED required.
