DUTIES: Provide patient recruitment support to coordinators through phone screening, chart review (physician and hospital patients charts); coordinate patient recruitment advertising/events; interface with physician practices to facilitate patient identification; schedule possible patients identified through screening process.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a medical setting. Minimum 1-2 years marketing/customer service experience. Associates Degree or higher level preferred. Medical terminology knowledge, strong computer skills.
ADDITIONAL INFO: Must be flexible, pleasant, outgoing, mature, detail-oriented, organized, effective communicator (both verbal and written), self-starter and a team player.
