Position Summary: This is a non-exempt position responsible for various Human Resources processes including tracking potential candidates data, assisting with all aspects of the recruiting and hiring process, assisting with various Human Resources projects and processes.
Approximately 30% of this position’s time is spent interacting with people.
Approximately 35% is spent gathering, compiling, organizing and analyzing data.
Approximately 35% is spent utilizing equipment, computers, and databases.
Critical Functions of Position:
Implement and manage applicant tracking system
Input recruitment and staffing data into database
Troubleshoot issues/problems related to the online application system.
Conduct Pre-Screens, Reference Checks and Job History Checks
Prepare offer documents (letters, non-competes, relocation agreements, etc.)
Manage KidsTLC Employment Website
Coordinate and scheduling interviews, book conference rooms,
Greet candidates upon arrival and give tours of the facility
Compile and mail new hire packets
Update offer document templates as needed
Partner with Employee Services Administrator in holding monthly New Hire Orientation.
Research the Internet for recruitment advertisement sites, job fairs and related non profit job sites or city wide events for recruiting purposes.
Develop job postings, including conducting background research for internal postings and creating concise job summaries of all advertised positions.
Review final hiring paperwork for accuracy and completeness and coordinate handoff to HR completed new hire paperwork and offer documents,
Verify reference check on final candidates
Education and Experience : Associate Degree (AA) and a minimum of 2 years related job experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational skills and give attention to detail
Personal computer and keyboarding skills.

Knowledge of Internet recruiting, web-based databases and human resources information systems (HRIS).
