The Readiness Assessment Senior Consultant shall have twenty (20) or more years experience in readiness assessment processes as used in the DoD framework.
The Readiness Assessment Senior Consultant shall also have at least twelve (12) years of combined experience demonstrating a broad representation of the following areas:
Capabilities and requirements analysis.
Data architecture analysis.
Process definition, deployment, and improvement.
Large organization management.
Program analysis and evaluation.
Facilitation and decision analysis.
Strategic and business planning.
A graduate or higher degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Program Management, Finance, or Accounting will be accepted in lieu of six (6) years of overall experience.
Experience in corporate level business process re-engineering, planning, and organizing.
Experience in developing sound business methods and processes.
Experience in identifying and implementing best practices.
Proficiency with MS Office products such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Experience working both independently and as a team member.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

The Readiness Consultant shall develop, integrate and continually improve processes associated with the management of readiness assessment and Agency Mission Essential Task (AMET) development, its integration with related business management information and its integration into existing management and decision-making processes.
